People will just buy their baccy at a third of the price elsewhere in the EU..or use the black market.Either way the UK Exchequer loses out. Why not have a ?200 personal drinks licence? That would cut down the violence on the streets. Of course…you don’t find people fighting mad after a few fags so they are an easy target.
